How to install the ScaleProof script on your website

Copy the Pixel Code

The installation process for the ScaleProof script is simple and straight forward as it only requires you to place a simple short asynchronous JavaScript code in your website code.

Once the code is installed on your website visitors will load the script in the background from your website and give ScaleProof all it needs to start providing insights into your users behaviours.

1. Go to your website list.

2. Click on the Tracking Code button to show the modal box.

3. Click the Copy Pixel button or highlight and copy from the textbox area field

4. Place this copied code in the header or footer of your website

Verify the Script on your website

Option 1

On the modal box where you copied the Scaleproof Pixel click the Verify installation link at the top. Scaleproof will attempt to open your website in a new window and will confirm if the script is installed.

Option 2

1. Add the following URL query to your web address the address bar in a new browser tab or window yourdomain.com/?pixel_verify (replacing 'yourdomain.com' with your actual domain).

2. Hit return and you should get an alert box confirming the installation of the script.
