Why have my Replay Sessions stopped recording?

Quick fix solution

This is a known bug that can occur and we are working on a long term solution.

The only current way to solve this issue is to reset your website Tracking Pixel

To do this delete the tracking pixel in question, then create a new one and replace it with the code on your website.

  1. Delete website on ScaleProof first.

  2. Add website back again.

  3. Copy new code and paste (replace) on your website like you did when you set it up
